It is March 2020. Denmark and much of the world is closed due to Covid-19. The whole situation gives rise to reflections on where the world is heading. What will shape the agenda going forward? We hope that there will be a renewed focus on sustainable consumption. This is our reason for being.
Better quality and less consumption
We have chosen to establish Yrolí Skincare as a sustainable skincare brand based on strong values. We are true to them in all the choices we make. Our name; Yrolí is a daily reminder for us. The name stems from Y (which in English means why). We have a clear ambition to change the way we consume skincare. At Yrolí Skincare, we want to inspire people to choose quality, act sustainably and motivate to consume less.
Quality and visible results
All our products are high quality and provide long-lasting and visible results. We use active and highly potent extracts from algae and Nordic berries that have clinically documented effects. We have carefully selected signature oils with a particularly high content of vitamins, essential fatty acids and with carefully balanced compositions for optimal absorption.
Ingredients with clinically proven effects
We have selected a number of key ingredients as our signature, as they fit our values and match the quality that defines Yrolí Skincare. The choice and composition of ingredients play a key role in skincare. We have chosen our ingredients based on a clear objective:
- The best quality and with documented efficacy.
- Our ingredients are organic, wild harvest and/or natural.
- Our ingredients reflect our Nordic nature.
- We want to respect the biodiversity where our ingredients are grown, and we want to avoid ingredients from endangered areas such as the rainforest.
- We want ingredients sourced from producers where gender equality, fair wages, social rights and worker safety are high priorities.
- Our ingredients are, to the greatest extent possible, ECOCERT COSMOS ORGANIC certified.

Design and functionality are the essence of Danish design. We are based on the same principles of creating optimal and effective skin care in a thoughtful design. It is the perfect combination of quality and sustainability. We are inspired by other Danish brands that, like us, want us as consumers to move towards a more sustainable way of living and consuming. This is reflected in the partners we have chosen.
