To place an order on yroli.com, you must have a valid credit or debit card that we accept. When you are ready to order, click “Proceed to checkout”, where you will enter your name, address, email address, phone number, and payment method. You may review and change the contents of your shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by clicking “Confirm order.” Your order will not be submitted and is therefore not binding until you click “Confirm order,” at which point your order is sent to yroli.com. After placing an order, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your order. However, a legally binding purchase agreement is only formed once you have received an order confirmation from us. The order confirmation includes your order number, name, billing address, delivery address, payment method, a specification of the ordered products, and the total price including shipping costs.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors and to cancel orders for out-of-stock items. Any applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout and are included in the total price stated in your order confirmation. All prices listed on yroli.com are valid until changed. Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT, but excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT CARDS

The following payment cards are accepted: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, and Mastercard. Shipping costs and the total order price are displayed during checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.

ORDER DISPUTES

If you believe that your order confirmation contains any errors or discrepancies, please contact us immediately upon receipt. The information stated in the order confirmation will be considered binding unless objections are raised without undue delay, as Yrolí Skincare typically prepares and dispatches orders shortly after sending the order confirmation.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipments include prepaid VAT and applicable duties for goods delivered to the address and country specified by the customer (where applicable*). Yrolí Skincare pays these charges on behalf of the customer. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs charges. * Please note that VAT or local taxes may apply to European countries outside the EU.
