Refund policy
RETUR OG OMBYTNING AF VARER
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse and you wish to return it and receive a refund, you must send the product(s) back to us. Any returned product(s) must be securely packaged. You are responsible for the package and its contents until we receive it. Please keep your receipt as well as any tracking number. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. This means that the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. You are responsible for all costs related to shipping and returning the product(s).
Certain products are excluded from the right of return. This includes products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the packaging has been opened. As our products are skincare products, you will lose your right of return if the packaging seal is broken or the product has been used, as it can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed as soon as possible after we have received and inspected the returned product(s). Please note that both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please include your invoice and a completed return form with your return. You can download the return form below. Please send the product(s), invoice, and completed return form to: Yrolí Copenhagen, c/o Lagerkompagniet, Fruedalsvej 7, 4682 Tureby, Denmark. Please write the following on the return form:

Attn.: Returns. Please note that return shipments sent as “cash on delivery (COD)” or without proper postage will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned products are in perfect condition. Products purchased via the Yrolí Skincare online shop must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
Uncollected parcels
If you fail to collect your package from the parcel shop and it is returned to us without prior notice, we will accept the return and refund your payment, excluding shipping costs.
