 Despite their small size, microalgae offer an impressive concentration of beneficial ingredients for the skin. The use of microalgae is part of a revolution in the development of natural skincare in recent years. Microalgae grow using photosynthesis and are extremely sustainable. They contain great potential and can be cultivated for specific needs.

STRONG ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVE

Microalgae are clinically proven to be effective in skincare as a powerful active antioxidant, by supporting the production of structural skin proteins. There is a dramatic improvement in skin elasticity, hydration and softness. Microalgae are included as a collagen booster and a key ingredient that helps strengthen the skin while restoring its natural suppleness and vitality.

The skin needs moisture. Without moisture, the skin is exposed and more prone to damage and visible signs of ageing. Microalgae are particularly effective in this context, as they boost the skin's moisture levels by supporting the skin barrier and reducing moisture loss.

The microalgae we have chosen are produced in Italy with an industrial photo-bioreactor system and a sustainable energy process. The finished extracts are developed through sophisticated cultivation and extraction techniques of microalgae that respect nature.
