Retreat weekend in Central Jutland
Yoga, fascial flow & community in architectural surroundings
Join us for a wonderful weekend of nourishing movement, self-indulgence and community. In collaboration with Højhuset Kulturhotel, we invite you to a retreat in architectural and aesthetic surroundings – with yoga, fascial flow, vegetarian food and time for rest and recovery. 💙
The teaching is provided by Katja Kunimori Hollnagel, yoga teacher and fascia & skin specialist at Yrolí. Her approach is calm but effective – and designed to strengthen the body from within and create balance in both skin, body and mind.
Højhuset Kulturhotel in Herning is a modern reinterpretation of the classic high school, where architecture, aesthetics and presence merge into a higher unity. Here is space to land in yourself - and meet others in an atmosphere of openness and calm.
Friday, October 24th at 4:30 PM to Sunday, October 26th at 12 PM.

ABOUT THE HØJHUSET
Højhuset is Denmark's first cultural hotel – and a living transformation of Herning Højskole, originally founded in 1961. Today, Højhuset unites the spirit of a college, architecture and sustainability in a unique setting for peace, reflection and experience. With 60s architecture, art, organic farming and presence as core values, Højhuset is a retreat in itself.
