In collaboration with Lillero, we invite you to a unique retreat - a stay with peace, presence and well-being in beautiful surroundings close to the forest and beach. in the beautiful Odsherred, North Zealand.
Bring a friend, daughter, sister or colleague and spend three days filled with yoga, fascial flow, nature and tranquility.
We stay in beautifully decorated glamping tents at Lillero, where you wake up to views of the forest and beach. Every morning starts with yoga taught by Yrolí's skin and fascia specialist Katja Kunimori Hollnagel. Afterwards we enjoy a well-composed morning tray – together or in peace on the beautiful terrace in front of the tent.
The mornings are yours for relaxation, a trip to the beach or just silence. In the afternoons we gather for inspiring mini-talks about skin health and well-being. The days are rounded off with Fascial Flow (movement for the connective tissue) to loosen and balance the body.
Wednesday afternoon is special, as we are in the company of Naturkokken, where we gather and cook food over a campfire – a sensory experience that satisfies both body and mind. See more about Naturkokken here

A Sensual Dinner Under the Open Sky
Dinner with Sander Blom from Naturkok will be an experience for all the senses. Over an open fire, we create a flavorful, organic dinner in the natural setting – filled with brightly colored vegetables, crisp herbs, and depth from smoke and fire.
We prepare the food together, where presence and attention are the focus. With the support of the natural chef, we unfold the flavors and enjoy a rustic but elegant dinner under the stars.
The menu reflects the best seasonal ingredients:
- Salad buffet – fried beets, beach herbs, smoked pumpkin seeds, refried beans, scallions, homemade smoked cheese, roasted chickpeas and rose hips
- Pot-roasted potatoes – with sea chard and marjoram
- Lightly prepared game – served with Nordic chimichurri
- Sweet ending – pancakes or waffles over a campfire with fruit compote and whipped cream
A dinner that brings together, strengthens and inspires – right where fire and earth meet.
