A day of peace, movement and immersion in a historical setting
In collaboration with Kragerup Gods, we invite you to a sensual day retreat - a day of gentle movement, recovery and self-care in scenic and luxurious surroundings.
Kragerup Gods – a vibrant Danish manor house with roots dating back to 1327 – provides the setting for this special experience, where quality, tranquility and nature come together. A day for those who want to unplug, find peace and give their bodies new energy.
We start with nourishing yoga and deep relaxation through yoga nidra. After a light, healthy lunch, there is time to move around on your own, enjoy the estate's facilities and go for a walk in nature. In the afternoon, we meet again for Fascial Flow – a gentle form of movement that releases and softens connective tissue – and end the day with healthy snacks and an inspiring mini-talk about the importance of connective tissue for our well-being and skin health.
The class is led by Katja Kunimori Hollnagel, yoga teacher and skin and fascia specialist at Yrolí. The day is designed to support the nervous system, strengthen the body from within and create balance – both physically and mentally.
Our approach is gentle but effective. A showdown with performance culture and quick fixes – and an invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and respect 💙
