We are there often, and after our first visit to Hotel Oasia we had no doubt that Hotel Oasia and Yrolí are a match. We contacted Rasmus Nørgaard, and since then we have had a fantastic collaboration. Rasmus is like Aarhus; an understated enthusiast with an eye for detail and a positive, infectious energy. Rasmus has 17 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, where he has been the general manager of Hotel Oasia for the past four years. We spoke to him about what makes Hotel Oasia special and why they have chosen to pamper their guests with Yrolí products.

Hotel Oasia is a boutique and design hotel in the heart of Aarhus. Here, they invite guests to indulge in what can be called discreet luxury. The hotel has 91 rooms and suites, all decorated with clean lines and Nordic design – and with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.

The hotel is located close to the train station and is therefore right in the heart of the city. It is easy to walk to the legendary cinema Øst for Paradis, Aros Museum, the Latin Quarter, the Street Food Market and not least the shops. SOUL, where you can be pampered with a fantastic Yrolí facial treatment.

For us, this means special initiatives in the areas of training our staff, green life in the countryside, and responsible consumption and production. Virtually all elements of our breakfast are produced from scratch. Yrolí's care products contain easily biodegradable ingredients, which means that our aquatic environment is not harmed.

 

 

A FOOD TIP FOR AARHUS

 

We are very curious about what is happening in the city and especially on the local front, where we have a fixed selection of talented local restaurant partners. Primarily to be able to offer our guests a good experience at the hotel - but also when we ourselves seek experiences outside.

Here we can mention, among other things, the latest addition to the family – Restaurant Nögen. At Nögen, the concept is social dining with a focus on turning food waste into a unique taste experience.

In addition, many of our guests think that Aarhus Streetfood is an exciting concept with diversity.

In Yrolí we can recommend Restaurant Langhoff & Juul . A fantastically cozy place with a high gastronomic level, and where they use local seasonal ingredients. There is also La Cabra , where Trine-Lise always gets a good cup of coffee.
