Micellar Water, water and oil is the recipe for clean, balanced skin

After having three miscarriages and turning 35, my skin has changed, as have my needs and focus when it comes to body and facial care.

In the past, I have been very affected by periods of hormonal imbalances, and my skin has required customized treatment. I remember how I used to juggle and shop around among a lot of different brands and products - to the extent that my circle of friends at one point gave me the nickname 'the cream queen'.

There was an imbalance in my skin, confusion about my skincare routine and I actually couldn't find anything that really worked during that period. Then I got acquainted with Yrolí, and with just Micellar Water, water and Face Oil my skin came into balance.

It's liberating to have a simple skincare routine

I can feel that for the first time ever I have succeeded with a good routine, where there is even 'calm on my skin'. My skin feels healthy and in balance - with the small fluctuations that will only be natural. And it is also a routine that is based on a few well-chosen products and a simple approach to using them. My age contributes positively to my skin and its needs

Now I have my third and last baby August, and here 2 years after giving birth, my hormones are relatively calm. My age also contributes positively to my skin and its needs, which in reality do not make very big demands other than getting a lot of moisture and some active ingredients that can strengthen my skin now and in the future as it ages. For the first time, there has been 'calm on the cream queen', and it also gives a mental peace, which is actually what I feel the most. The peace that comes with the simple life. With 'less is more'. That the greatest joy is found in surrounding ourselves with fewer and more well-chosen things in general. Quality over quantity. Now I instead cultivate everything that falls under 'that umbrella'. From a climate perspective, it also gives me a really good feeling in my gut.

My realistic routine

As a mother of three, I have often struggled to find time. A long skincare routine requires peace and time. Often, this has not been possible. It has been at the expense of my skin, which has often not been cleansed or given the necessary attention and care. My new, simpler routine with Yrolí products also solves this challenge. It is a much more 'realistic routine' for a mother of three. It gives peace in the daily grind, and it has given me an extra desire to put in some moments where I unplug and give it a little extra gas with a mask or the like. There is no longer a routine that is skipped because it is too extensive, or a skin that is not at peace because I use too many and different products.

Morning routine

I rinse my face in the morning in the shower and apply Eye Serum & Face Oil as well as Lotion or Body Oil to my body. It takes no time.

Evening routine

In the evening I spend a little extra time cleansing with Micellar Water , and then I repeat the simple routine from the morning with Eye Serum and Face Oil . If my skin is very dry and needs extra care, I use Hydrate Overnight .
