Restaurant Lola in Christianshavn is a meeting place for exciting cultures. And it's no wonder, because the owner himself is inspired by and trained in the world's different cuisines. Behind the restaurant is one of the country's most talented chefs, Kamilla Seidler. She has worked at a three-star Michelin restaurant in Spain and had 80 employees under her at the social gastronomic restaurant Gustu in Bolivia.

Socially responsible
Kamilla Seidler has a vision for Lola, which is about creating a socially responsible and sustainable company that, among other things, focuses on how we humans can develop through good leadership. At Lola, there is not one star, but many small stories, all of which must be presented on the plate.
Kamilla Seidler opened Lola together with two partners, Rune Toft and Mette Strarup, both of whom have experience with social gastronomy.
