Line Nadelmann is a manager, 47 years old, married to Stefan and mother of two girls, aged 11 and 13. In her free time, she does outdoor fitness and likes to run a couple of half marathons a year.
“I am committed and passionate about all aspects of my life, I enjoy life and try to bring the family atmosphere where I am happy into the hotel as well as into the family.
That's why it's important to me that the things I engage in are wholehearted and bring me joy - otherwise I'd rather do something else. This applies both at home with my two lovely girls, my husband, with the outdoor fitness team I coach once a week, as well as for this hotel and not least the suppliers we choose to work with.
Together with my sister-in-law, Eva, we strive to run the hotel with our hearts and want to present a place where we ourselves would want to come and hold meetings, take time off or relax. We are constantly trying to find the delicate balance that can combine these wishes from our guests.
It has become a completely natural part of the hotel's culture and atmosphere, which for us indicates that we are on the right track in bringing the family feeling into the hotel.”
Why have you chosen to collaborate with Yrolí Skincare?
“We have long wanted to replace the small disposable care products in our rooms, and the process really got a boost when we chose Skovshoved Hotel to be a Green Key hotel (tourism's international eco-label).
We started looking for new partners who make an extra effort to protect the environment. We came into contact with Yrolí, where from the first meeting we could feel the passion behind the products.

The time is calling for a staycation and holiday in Denmark. Where can you have great experiences and recharge?
"My favorite place in the whole world is at home in my cozy living room with my family. I live in the area around Skovshoved and enjoy taking advantage of all the offers the area has to offer, such as going for a run in the forest, taking a dip in the Øresund or having a family dinner at the harbor."
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from where I live, and I enjoy the mornings when I go to work and soak up the atmosphere before people have really gotten up and the day has started to buzz with activity.”
What is your recommendation for experiences in the local area when you are a guest at Skovshoved Hotel?
“I would definitely recommend a walk or bike ride along the coast, to Bellevue Beach with the iconic bathing towers designed by Arne Jacobsen, or a trip to Dyrehaven, where there are both red deer roaming freely and the world's oldest amusement park, Bakken.
Right opposite the hotel is Skovshoved Harbour with restaurants and an ice cream shop and a cozy atmosphere. North of Skovshoved there are several well-known museums such as the Karen Blixen Museum, the Nivågaard Collection or Louisiana. The area also offers many good shopping opportunities such as Jægersborg Allé or Hellerup Strandvej.”
